Agrana Fruit Australia is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team.

Based at our Central Mangrove facility, this full-time position plays a key role in supporting our HR operations across the Australian business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality HR administrative and coordination support, contributing to the effective management of the employee lifecycle and fostering a positive workplace culture.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing general HR admin and process support across the employee lifecycle

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

Assisting with learning & development, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives

Maintaining HR systems and HR reporting

Supporting recruitment administration, compliance, and documentation

Helping drive culture and inclusion through events and initiatives

Supporting the HR Manager with projects and day-to-day operations

What we’re looking for:

Someone organised, reliable and detail-oriented

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)

Someone with 2+ years’ experience in administration, coordination or support roles

A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment

A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn and grow in HR
