We provide national leadership on the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and collaborate with the Australian and state and territory governments to:
- implement changes that benefit children birth to 13 years-of-age and their families
- monitor and promote the consistent application of the Education and Care Services National Law across all states and territories
- support the early childhood education and care sector to improve quality outcomes for children

The Role
The Human Resources Coordinator maintains Human Resources (HR) data and records and provides effective and efficient delivery of support to key HR transactional processes including recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, and separation management. This role supports the Human Resources team through the provision of administrative and operational services to enable effective HR operations.
This role is full time and fixed-term (12 months) at ACECQA Band 3/4 ($79,999- $99,174).
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated capability in a human resources administration, recruitment administration or coordination role supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent work experience.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and follow-through within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data entry and administration in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or recruitment system.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Proven communication skills in a human resources environment, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, managers, staff and external vendors/providers.
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team, be proactive and take ownership of own work.
While not essential, the following attributes will greatly assist you in the role:
- Experience with or ability to quickly develop an understanding of enterprise record keeping, finance, human resources systems (e.g. TechOne, Content Manager / TRIM).
- Experience in iChris or Chris21.
