About This Position:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our dynamic team at Shine Hub Pty Ltd. As an HR Adviser, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

● Oversee the recruitment process, including job ads, resume screening, interviews, and

ensuring an efficient hiring process.

● Work with department heads to identify HR issues and recommend solutions to improve

employee engagement and productivity.

● Assist with performance reviews, goal-setting, and resolving employee relations issues to

maintain a positive workplace.

● Maintain HR records, track key metrics like turnover and recruitment efficiency, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

● Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees understand Shine Hub’s policies, culture, and expectations.

● Advise managers on recruitment, performance, training, and compensation policies, ensuring alignment with Shine Hub’s goals.

● Ensure HR practices comply with Australian labor laws and advise on legal requirements and changes.

● Support programs to improve engagement and identify training opportunities for employee growth.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an related role;

● Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management;

● Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations;

● Experience in managing HR-related systems and software;

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships

across all levels of the organization;

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues;

● High attention to detail and organizational skills;

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;

● A proactive and flexible approach to HR tasks and challenges.
