About Us

We are a highly regarded aviation medical clinic based at Moorabbin Airport, providing assessments to pilots and aviation professionals, some who travel across Australia to see us. We pride ourselves on professionalism, care, and attention to detail — and we’re looking for someone who shares these values to support our daily operations.

About the Role

You will be based at Moorabbin Airport working Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 3pm. If you have other responsibilities, flexibility around these hours may be able to be negotiated for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing the clinic each day including cleaning

Greeting clients, answering phones and responding to emails

Accurate transcription and entry of detailed clinical data

Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

Supporting medical assessments (audiology and phlebotomy – full training provided)

General administrative duties: inventory, billing, banking, and cleanliness

Xero reconciliation and learning to assist with BAS preparation

A high level of deportment and etiquette is required for this role as is significant attention to detail.

At the conclusion of the patient consult you will be involved in patient billing.

Once or twice a month you may be asked to travel to rural Victoria in a light aircraft. This may require longer days, by negotiation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Is comfortable working independently and unsupervised

Communicates clearly and professionally

Is tech-savvy and eager to learn (Xero, WordPress, medical tools)

Is reliable, proactive, and organised

Confidentiality is a must

Can lift up to 20kg and is willing to travel in light aircraft

Qualifications (or the ability to obtain):

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid Certificate

ASIC (Aviation Security ID Card)

Government security clearances
