About You:
We’re looking for someone who is hungry, proactive, and relationship-focused, with a strong desire to grow into a senior leadership or equity position long term.
2+ years in mortgage broking or lending (banking, finance, or brokerage)
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to think commercially and structure complex deals
Sales-focused mindset and ability to drive referrals and new business
Keen to grow volumes, build a brand, and become a long-term part of a growth story
About the Role:
As a Mortgage Broker at SW Brokerage, you’ll work closely with a driven team of professionals in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You’ll manage warm leads while being backed by an elite team of processors and mentors, with the freedom to grow your own client base and portfolio.
Manage and convert leads from referral partners and accountants
Handle residential, SMSF, commercial, and business lending scenarios
Deliver high-touch, structured finance solutions for a range of client types
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth settlements and great client outcomes
Be involved in strategic coaching, business growth conversations, and process improvement
Contribute to a fast-moving, client-first team culture
