Who We’re Looking For

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Minimum 2 years’ lending experience (as a banker or broker)

Proven ability to manage client and referral relationships

Strong organisational and communication skills

A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for property finance

Your Role

As a broker with Loan Market Edge, you’ll:

Work with qualified leads to understand each client’s financial goals and recommend tailored lending solutions

Assess loan options across a broad panel of lenders and liaise with banks to negotiate the best outcomes

Deliver an outstanding client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term referral relationships

Ensure compliance with Best Interest Duty (BID) regulations, supported by a dedicated back-end loan processing team

Focus on servicing clients and driving great outcomes – we handle the admin, compliance, marketing, and loan processing so you can focus on what you do best!
