Our client is a well-established, family-owned Queensland business, proudly servicing major events, businesses, and weddings throughout the state. Their high-quality products and exceptional customer service make them the first choice in the industry.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Support Officer for a casual ongoing role, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

The Role:
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and issuing quotes

Coordinating hire schedules and bookings

Supporting the movements/delivery team

Compiling and maintaining accurate records

Creating invoices and processing customer payments

Requirements:

Experience with MYOB is essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with SalesIn or ServiceM8 software is highly regarded

Current QLD Driver’s Licence

Exceptional phone manner and strong written/verbal communication skills
