Sunrise Cleaning & Facility Management is scaling — and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, navigate industry needs, and turn conversations into long-term opportunities.

We currently work with clients in government, logistics, manufacturing, and corporate environments, and now we're strategically expanding into sectors like healthcare, education, retail, and large-scale commercial property portfolios. This role is about shaping that expansion and being part of a business that’s moving with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, facilities managers, and key decision-makers

Develop and present high-impact, tailored proposals and responses to tenders

Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform growth strategy

Work closely with the leadership team on pricing, service design, and strategic positioning

Ideal Candidate

5+ years’ experience in business development, ideally in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or B2B service sales

Strong network across sectors such as healthcare, education, logistics, government, or commercial property

Skilled at managing long sales cycles, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing high-value deals

Confident communicator and relationship builder with a proactive, strategic mindset

Familiarity with tender processes and contract negotiation is highly regarded
