We're Hiring: Part-Time Allrounder – Social Media & Customer Support (Gold Coast)

We’re a fast-growing Australian eCommerce brand known for creating stylish, practical products that elevate everyday routines. With a strong digital presence, a loyal customer base, and a focus on creative content, we’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic allrounder to join our team and help us continue to grow.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident, creative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You’ll be managing customer support, social media content, and creator outreach, bringing energy, initiative, and attention to detail to everything you do.

🧠 About the Role:

This is a hybrid, part-time role (approx. 10–20 hours/week), with a mix of remote and in-office work. You'll play a key role in engaging with customers, creating and coordinating social media content, and liaising with UGC creators and brand partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for:

Responding to customer enquiries (email and DMs) through Gorgias

Monitoring and replying to comments and messages across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Creating and scheduling content using Canva, Lightroom, and other tools

Being comfortable on-camera for TikToks, Reels, stories and brand promotions.

Filming content at home or in our warehouse and office (Gold Coast-based)

Reaching out to UGC creators and organising product collaborations

Pitching co-branded giveaway partnerships and handling brand outreach

Communicating with our internal team via Slack

Supporting with admin and general digital tasks as needed

✨ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is based on the Gold Coast and happy to work remotely + come in when needed

Has experience using Gorgias for customer support (highly desired)

Is comfortable using Slack for team communications

Can confidently appear on camera and follow social trends (essential)

Is organised, reliable, and shows initiative in a self-managed role

Can begin daily work from 9:00am AEST to handle customer service responsibilities

Ability to work extra hours during sale periods, launches, and peak seasons

💸 What You’ll Get:
