We’re looking for someone who can make that first point of contact count by providing compassionate, efficient, and professional service.

The Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Reception & Administration professional whose primary strength is in phone-based customer service, sales, and lead conversion. This role is pivotal to our business, as you’ll often be the first person our clients interact with, and many will be in pain, frustrated, or apprehensive about seeking help. Your ability to connect, build trust, and guide them towards booking their appointment will directly impact their health journey.

While marketing and systems improvement are part of the role, the core focus is on:
• Phone-Based Sales & Follow-Up: Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence and empathy.
• Lead Conversion: Following up inquiries and converting them into appointments.
• Customer Care: Providing a warm, professional experience for clients, many of whom may be price-conscious or emotionally distressed.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring bookings, client details, and follow-ups are handled efficiently and accurately.

About You
You are a skilled communicator who thrives on the phone, enjoys building rapport with people, and is driven by the satisfaction of helping others. You’re quick to understand people’s needs and can guide them through the booking process with professionalism and empathy. Your background might include sales, customer service, or any role where you’ve successfully handled objections and converted leads into positive outcomes.

Key attributes we’re looking for:
• Exceptional Phone Skills: Confident and empathetic on the phone, with the ability to handle fast-paced calls and follow up effectively.
• Sales & Conversion Savvy: Experience in converting leads into appointments or sales, even in challenging scenarios.
• Customer Focused: A genuine desire to help people, especially those in pain or under stress.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow up promptly.
• Resilient & Adaptable: Comfortable working with clients who may be frustrated, price-conscious, or in a challenging headspace.

While experience in allied health is not required, we’d love to hear about roles where you’ve worked with similar dynamics, whether it’s in sales, customer service, or another fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Working Hours
This is a full-time role with hours focused around 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday, Friday with While we’re slightly negotiable, the focus is on reliability and covering these hours consistently.
