We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll help us scale our impact by connecting with purpose-led businesses ready to invest in their people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting & Outreach

Identify mid-market and enterprise organisations that align with our customer profiles

Personalise outreach using multi-channel tactics (email, phone, social, etc.)

Build genuine relationships with key HR and L&D decision-makers

Leverage our sales tech stack

Hitting Goals

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets

Keep detailed records in our CRM whilst nurturing the sales cycle

Stay proactive, results-oriented, and focused on bringing in quality, qualified mid-market and enterprise organisations.

What You’ll Bring

1+ years in B2B sales

Strong communicator who thrives on connecting value to need

A self-starter who’s comfortable owning their pipeline
