As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within a defined geographical region. What you'll be doing

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targeted sales goals

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through excellent account management

Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory

Presenting and demonstrating products to customers, addressing their needs and concerns

Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns

Providing product development recommendations and updates to the management team

Contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the company

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple accounts

Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
