Ignite Partners is a market-entry consultancy that supports leading global B2B SaaS and tech companies from the UK, Ireland, Singapore, South Korea, and the US in launching and scaling into APAC.
Through sales-led advisory, we work directly with founders and executive teams to craft go-to-market strategies, execute outbound campaigns, and build sales infrastructure from scratch. We’re fast, strategic, and results-obsessed.
We’re now hiring two mid-level SDRs to be part of our founding GTM team. This is your chance to work hands-on with elite startups expanding into new markets — and to do it from day one with direct access to our clients and core strategy.
About The Role
As an SDR at Ignite Partners, you’ll be the driving force behind our outbound pipeline — researching, qualifying, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects. You'll use tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create targeted campaigns that generate results.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who knows their way around outbound and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll be working hybrid from our Sydney office and helping us build the sales development function from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Research and qualify outbound leads using tools like Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Clay, and Apollo.
Build and manage campaigns across cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
Own response management and scheduling for booked meetings.
Create personalised outreach assets — from sequences to call scripts.
Use HubSpot and Smartlead for CRM and campaign optimisation.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients on GTM strategy and messaging.
Deliver campaign reports and support monthly client reporting.
Participate in regular growth sprints, A/B testing, and lead enrichment workflows.
Who You Are
2 years of experience in a B2B SDR, BDR, or outbound role
Strong phone skills - confident, clear, and persuasive over the line
Familiar with modern sales and outbound tools: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.
Able to manage multiple campaigns with high attention to detail
Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
Curious about B2B SaaS, international growth, and GTM models
Not afraid to take initiative, iterate fast, and learn on the fly
