The opportunity

Reporting to the Property Manager, this exciting role at Charlotte Peterswald will involve supporting Property Management doing the leasing inspections and in providing high quality service to our valued residential clients. Based in our vibrant North Sydney office, this casual position will suit an organised, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills. Approximately 20 hours per week including Saturdays and 4 week days (the weekdays are flexible and can be as agreed with the PM).

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day property management tasks

Leasing inspections and Saturday leasing inspections

Conducting regular property inspections and preparing detailed inspection reports

Responding to tenant queries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Liaising with contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs

Supporting the Leasing team with property viewings and lease administration

Maintaining detailed tenant and property records

Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar residential property management or customer service role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

An understanding of the residential leasing and property management industry

Current Real Estate Registration Certificate/License for NSW

Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Full working rights in Australia required
