The Company:

people2people are very excited to be working with a leading Australian Residential Leasing & Property Management company. They are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be supported by a Junior and manage over 400 properties.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About the role:

Duties include but not limited to:

• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Manage maintenance work
• Manager arrears and lease renewals
• Landlord feedback for open homes and applications
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Running a day-to-day portfolio

Essential Criteria:

• Sound understanding of day-to-day property management
• Efficient using Bricks + Agent and Property Tree
• A high attention to detail
• Strong client services focus
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Have previous experience as a Property Manager
• Hold a current Property Management registration
