Casual Decluttering & Warehouse Assistant – Flexible Hours | $36/hr | Sydney NSW

Sort & Sell For You is a locally owned and fast-growing home decluttering service based in Sydney, NSW. We specialise in helping clients downsize, declutter, and manage deceased estates, while also selling unwanted items on their behalf.

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Decluttering & Warehouse Assistants on a casual basis (approx. 10–15 hours per week). This is a dynamic role with varied tasks and a fantastic opportunity to grow with the business.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting our team across multiple areas, including:

Assisting clients onsite with decluttering, packing/unpacking, and preparing homes for sale

Helping in the warehouse with order packing, customer collections, and inventory organisation

Providing ad hoc support to the Owner and Logistics Manager

Assisting the Warehouse Manager and Project Managers as needed

What We’re Looking For

Own vehicle and willingness to travel between client sites and warehouse

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting heavier items

Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
