The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

Duties include but not limited to:

~ Liaise with owners and tenants

~ Manage maintenance work

~ Manager arrears and lease renewals

~ Landlord feedback for open homes and applications

~ Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

~ Running a day-to-day portfolio

Essential Criteria:

~ Sound understanding of day-to-day property management

~ Efficient using agent box & Property Tree

~ A high attention to detail

~ Strong client services focus

~ High level of written and verbal communication skills

~ Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager

~ Hold a current Property Management registration or Real estate Licence
