To be successful within this position you will need to have:

• Previous experience in the construction industry at a Site Manager level
• Trade background/qualifications
• Ability to work on the Gold Coast from September
• Computer skills, as this will be how you manage the sites progress to then pass on to your PM

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sub contractor programs
• Coordinate the site's day to day works and logistics
• Close out and deliver the site to a high standard
