Our client is a well-respected and long-standing Tier 2 national construction company, who have over 50 years of industry experience delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors. Their proven capabilities, combined with an agile and innovative approach, truly set them apart in the market. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their expert team and contribute to the ongoing success of their projects.

Role Overview:

The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations

Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Current First Aid Certificate required
• QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Proven experience in site management with experience delivering projects up to $100m
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• Strong tenure is a must
