The Role
I am partnering with two well-established, privately owned commercial building companies that specialise in Education, Government and Industrial new build projects up to $45M.

Your initial project is either a Community housing project in North Gold Coast, or an Education project in South Brisbane - both circa $20M.

There is a need for a Site Manager immediately as well as a September/ October start date.

You will be managing the entire site from start to project completion, working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator. You will be responsible for site safety, overseeing subbies and trades on site and overall site management/ maintenance.

About You

• Min. 5 years in a Site Manager role with other Tier 2 or 3 commercial construction companies
• Experience across Education, Government, Industrial or Commercial D&C projects from $15M
• Proven tenure in your past roles
