Site Manager – Fibreglass Pool Construction

Full-Time | Family-Owned Business | Based in South East Queensland

We are a successful family-owned fibreglass pool company looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team. If you’ve got a solid background in pool construction, love the hustle of coordinating multiple moving parts, and know your way around a computer, this role could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

As our Site Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact between our office, trades and clients—ensuring projects run smoothly from dig to handover. You’ll manage scheduling, oversee site operations, and help keep our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on track.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple pool installations

Schedule and coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and subcontractors

Liaise with clients and keep them informed of progress

Ensure all work is completed to Australian standards and our company’s quality expectations

Use project management and scheduling software to manage timelines and site data

Problem-solve onsite issues and proactively manage project risks

Report back to the office team and owners on project updates

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in the pool building industry (fibreglass preferred)

Strong experience in scheduling and coordinating trades

Good computer skills – confident with email, basic project management tools, and job scheduling software

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to read and understand plans and engineering documents

Current driver’s licence - Work car provided.
