About the role

Join our dynamic team at Gold Coast Tow Trucks Light & Heavy Pty Ltd as a full-time Administration Assistant. Based in Carrara, QLD, this role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will be an integral part of our growing business, contributing to our success through your strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

Handling a wide range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management

Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Assisting with the coordination of schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Supporting the management team with various projects and special initiatives

Maintaining accurate records and databases to improve efficiency and information management

Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role

Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

A genuine interest in contributing to the success of the business
