About the Role

The Administrator is pivotal in accelerating the pre-construction process. Your primary mission will be to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of customer contracts, quotes, and variations, helping us get our clients' projects to site faster. This is a crucial back-end role focused on precision and process, ensuring customers are guided seamlessly through the pre-building phase.

This is an office-based role in Helensvale. We are open to discussing both full-time and part-time hours for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Finishing quotes and drafting contracts for review.

Receiving and accurately processing customer colour selections and contract variations.

Assisting other administration staff with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Handling general administration tasks like data entry.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using various software programs and online platforms.

Experienced Administrator: Ideally you have prior administrative experience, although it doesn’t necessarily need to be construction related.
