A bit about the role...
You will be leading our Inclusive Employment Australia program here at BUSY Ability, As Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing 9 Employment Service Areas around Australia. You’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the program—driving high levels of performance, compliance, and impact that makes a significant difference in our communities. From leading high-performing teams to building strong relationships with stakeholders, this role is your opportunity to lead with purpose and shape the future of inclusive employment.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until October 2030 with possibility of extension, based in Sydney.

A bit about you…
- Minimum 3 years proven leadership experience, ideally in employment or community services
- Strong knowledge of compliance, audits, and service delivery standards
- Experience managing budgets, team performance, and strategic plans
- Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck with no disclosable outcomes
- Highly preferred one of the following
- Relevant work experience in the Employment Services industry or related industries;
- Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III or higher in Disability Services, or related qualifications (leadership, community services, career development, counselling, education, aged care, HR, youth or social work, human services, psychology or business);
- Relevant lived experience with a disability (includes family members)
