About the Role
The Operations Manager, Recruitment Services, leads and drives the performance of Ochre Health’s recruitment para consulting and support teams, ensuring excellence in compliance, credentialing, and service delivery. Working closely with the Chief Recruitment Officer, this role is also accountable for team performance, overseeing government contracts, quality standards, and process improvements while fostering a high-performance culture through training, coaching, mentoring, and accountability across the recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the para consulting and support teams, setting clear performance expectations and driving accountability.
Work closely with recruiters to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance candidate and client outcomes.
Monitor and improve team performance through regular coaching, mentoring, and development initiatives.
Oversee all compliance, credentialing, and audit processes to ensure standards are met and maintained across all recruitment activities.
Manage government contracts and health service panel agreements, ensuring all reporting and delivery requirements are met on time.
Take ownership of domestic and international recruitment conferences, ensuring planning, attendance, and ROI are maximised.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, addressing findings and ensuring continuous readiness.
Ensure all WHS and risk management requirements are implemented, monitored, and compliant with legislation.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with Ochre Health’s values and service standards.
Training
About You
Proven leadership experience managing administrative, support, and recruitment teams within a healthcare or professional services environment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
Demonstrated ability to drive individual and team performance, set and monitor KPIs, and consistently achieve budgeted outcomes.
Experience managing recruiter performance, providing guidance, and supporting delivery against business objectives.
Strong background in compliance, credentialing, and audit processes, ideally within medical or locum recruitment.
Skilled in partnering with recruiters to boost productivity, improve conversion rates, and enhance both candidate and client satisfaction.
Proven capability in planning, delivering, and measuring ROI from domestic and international recruitment conferences and events.
Experienced in supporting operational priorities, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
