We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our national operations across logistics, production, scheduling, and delivery. This is a pivotal leadership role, driving performance, efficiency, and excellence across every touchpoint of our operational footprint.

The Role:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of Simply Seated’s daily and long-term operational activity across Australia. You’ll work closely with warehouse, logistics, production, and event teams to ensure everything from procurement to interstate deliveries runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead national operational strategy and execution across all warehouse sites

Manage and optimise event delivery schedules and interstate transfers

Oversee procurement approvals, vendor coordination, and stock flow

Drive logistics performance including transport, production, and print

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all event-related projects

Collaborate with the General Manager on operational planning and KPIs

Implement systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with WHS standards

Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and reporting across departments

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years’ experience in an operations or logistics leadership role

Strong background in event services, logistics, or warehouse operations

Excellent organisational, planning, and team management skills

Experience overseeing interstate and multi-location operations

Proven ability to lead in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments

Strong working knowledge of logistics systems and scheduling tools

Commercial acumen and confident in managing procurement workflows

Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
