The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Security Manager to lead service delivery and manage operations across a multi-site portfolio spanning NSW, QLD, and VIC. Based in Sydney, this field-based leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance security performance across key contracts.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading site-based teams, ensuring contract compliance, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth across the eastern states.

In this hands-on role, you will:

Oversee daily operations and compliance across multiple sites

Lead and support site supervisors and security officers

Drive service delivery in line with KPIs and client expectations

Conduct site audits, investigations, and operational reporting

Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues

Oversee recruitment, rostering, and staff development

Ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements

Travel regularly across NSW, QLD, and VIC as required

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring:

A current Class 1AC Security Licence

Proven leadership experience in a multi-site security environment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and incident management

A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate

First Aid Certificate

NV1 Australian Government Security clearance (or willingness to obtain)

National Criminal History Check (required)
