Gracie is not your average nanny agency. We’re a premium, safety-first, family-centred business dedicated to delivering calm, connection, and quality to households across Australia. Now, we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and design-savvy Social Media Manager to help us elevate our digital presence and grow our community across all platforms. To start with 10-15 hours a week.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

Manage and grow Gracie’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Create and execute a clear social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth

Plan, schedule, and publish premium content that aligns with Gracie’s warm, polished, family-first brand aesthetic

Produce and post Reels, Stories, TikToks, and video content that speaks to parents, nannies, and partners

Proactively engage with our online community — responding to DMs, comments, and nurturing our loyal following

Collaborate with the founder and internal team on upcoming campaigns, launches, and community initiatives

Identify growth opportunities, trends, influencer collaborations, and content angles that set us apart

Regularly report on performance metrics and suggest optimisations

💡 What We're Looking For

2+ years experience in social media management (either agency or in-house)

Proven experience creating and editing videos, Reels, Stories, and social-first content

A strong eye for design, photography, and premium visual aesthetics that align with our brand

Confident shooting and curating content that feels warm, polished, and on-brand

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take full ownership of the social media function from planning to posting

Experience growing and managing highly engaged, loyal social communities

A genuine love for storytelling, branding, and creating content with heart

Bonus: Background in childcare, lifestyle, parenting, or premium service brands
