Capacity Builders Skilling & Training is a fast-growing enterprise delivering life-changing driving, employment, and life skills programs across Australia. We support NDIS participants to gain independence, confidence, and real-world outcomes.

The Role

This is a casual position (10–15 hours per week) with potential for permanent full-time for the right candidate. You’ll be responsible for producing professional, on-brand visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and internal company documents. You'll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and administrative team to support our growing visual content needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format presentation and internal documents using the Microsoft Office Suite

• Create polished, engaging social media templates and branded content

• Design graphics and visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website

• Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to develop consistent, high-quality designs

• Edit short-form video clips for reels, paid ads, and stories

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials

• Create display assets for Google Ads and support campaign execution

• Design promotional graphics for online and print distribution

• Stay up to date with current visual trends in digital marketing and advertising

• Deliver accurate, high-quality work to deadline

What We’re Looking For

• Strong document formatting and publishing skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Proficiency in Canva for quick-turnaround content creation

• Experience editing short-form video content (reels, TikToks, social ads)

• Familiarity with Google Ads display creative requirements

• Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar marketing platforms

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working as part of a remote team
