Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and schedule social media content and advertising across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Maintain a content and marketing calendar, including weekly posts and email newsletters.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monthly sales, and promotional initiatives.

Monitor and engage with followers across platforms; respond to comments and messages promptly.

Provide weekly reports on social media performance, including growth, reach, and engagement metrics.

Stay up-to-date on industry and social media trends; bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Work with team members across different locations to localise content and highlight in-store promotions and giveaways.

Build partnerships and connect with influencers, industry contacts, and event collaborators.

Design and produce eye-catching promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.

Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or digital media.

Strong skills in content creation, including photography, video editing, and graphic design.

A natural storyteller with a flair for visuals and branding.

Previous experience in the cake decorating or baking industry is a huge plus!
