About the role
As an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator you will support the delivery of the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. You will provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to ensure our team runs smoothly and delivers high-quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be the first point of contact for participants, employers, and stakeholders, as well as the go-to person for keeping our office organised and efficient.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Area Manager and Employment Consultants.
Manage office systems including filing, scheduling, and data entry to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Assist with reporting, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate participant files.
Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and support team events or workshops.
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and other general office duties as required.
Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants and visitors.
About You
You are an enthusiastic and highly organised individual who thrives in a supportive role and enjoys being the backbone of a busy team. You take pride in your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to keep things running smoothly.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong administrative experience in an office or customer service environment.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail with accurate data entry and record management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and are confident learning new systems.
A friendly, professional manner with a commitment to inclusion and quality service.
A proactive approach to problem solving and improving processes.
