ABOUT THE ROLE
The role for Administration Officer / Bookkeeper is a Monday to Friday Full-Time position located at our workshop in Rutherford. This position plays a key role in supporting overall office administration.
Invoicing, bill payments, reconcile transactions and assisting accounts payable and receivable
Process and manage Coal LSL
Prepare financial reports
General administrative duties
ABOUT YOU
Experience in a similar administration role
Proficient in Xero Accounting Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Certificate in Business Administration/Accounting essential
Bookkeeping experience desired but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
