About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support our internal and client-facing operations. The role is fully remote, part-time, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in HR, recruitment, or business support.

Whether you're early in your career or transitioning into HR from another field, this role offers structured tasks, on-the-job learning, and clear development pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment processes (posting, scheduling, screening)

Prepare employment-related documentation and maintain records

Liaise with payroll and admin for employee data updates

Support internal HR projects and team communications

Maintain applicant tracking systems and shared files

About You

This role would suit someone who has:

A background or strong interest in HR, business, or administration

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience with HR software or ATS is a plus — but not essential.
