You’ll need initiative, attention to detail and strong communication skills to navigate the work, contribute ideas and keep things moving across a mix of internal and external stakeholders.

About the role
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) role — ideally three full days per week, but we’re open to four shorter days for the right person. You’ll work remotely most of the time, but you’ll need to join us in the Melbourne CBD office one day a week.
You’ll be responsible for delivering our digital marketing activity across websites, email, analytics and campaigns. That means building and scheduling emails, managing content updates on our WordPress sites, coordinating Google Ads and digital projects with agency partners, and tracking performance across platforms.
You’ll also support campaign rollouts, manage timelines and approvals, help keep our content systems organised and occasionally write short pieces of copy like blurbs or calls to action.
You won’t be running our social media channels, but you’ll collaborate closely with our Social Media & Content Producer to make sure everything connects across platforms and audiences.
What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced digital marketer — probably with 4-5+ years under your belt — who’s confident owning tasks, managing projects and making decisions.
You know how to coordinate stakeholders, meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities. You’re detail-focused, organised and naturally systems-oriented — someone who likes structure, spots errors before they go live and keeps things running smoothly.
You’re confident using:
WordPress
Active Campaign (or a similar email platform)
Google Analytics 4
SEMrush or similar SEO tools
Canva or equivalent design tools
Monday.com or a similar task management platform
You’re Melbourne-based, available at least one day per week for in-person work and comfortable working independently in a mostly remote environment. If you’re familiar with accessibility standards, health communication or content production — or willing to learn — even better.

What’s not-for-profit salary packaging?
It’s a way to increase your take-home pay by using some of your pre-tax salary for everyday expenses like rent, groceries or bills. That reduces the amount you’re taxed on, meaning more money in your pocket. It’s fully ATO-approved and available to employees of not-for-profits like ours.
What does pro-rata mean?
It means your pay and entitlements are calculated based on how much of the full-time week you work. If the full-time salary is $100,000 and you work 3 days per week (0.6 FTE), your salary would be $60,000 plus super — with leave and benefits also calculated accordingly.
