About the Role
As a Nexus Consultant, you'll be a key player in our travel operations engine—supporting bookings, handling client and agent requests, and coordinating logistics from behind the scenes.

Responsibilities may include:
Supporting the Sales team with proposals, bookings, and client communication
Managing end-to-end travel arrangements and itinerary updates
Liaising with suppliers across accommodation, tours, and transport
Problem-solving and resolving client issues professionally and efficiently
Keeping records accurate and documentation clear
Working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth delivery
Adapting to a rotating roster (between 7 AM – 7 PM), including weekends

What We're Looking For
Experience in travel, operations, or customer service roles
Strong organisational and communication skills
Familiarity with booking systems and the inbound travel market
A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
