Key Responsibilities

· Manning display suites and fielding walk-in enquiry and assisting channel agents

· Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market and trends.

· Maintain company project competitor analysis.

· Respond to buyer enquiry and set up appointments.

· Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.

· Learn the sales life cycle, from reservation through to settlement.

· Maintain and update REA and Domain advertising as directed by the Sales Director.

· Conduct buyer appointments, may include project display inspections, building inspections, valuations and final inspections.

· Develop client relationships from leads provided and personal networking.

· Provide feedback and reports to Sales Director regularly.

· Attend weekly Sales meetings and training as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

· Agent Representative or willingness to obtain

· Strong interest in developing a career in project sales.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Energetic, self-motivated and goal-oriented

· Professional presentation and personal grooming

· Ability to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends

· Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
