The Opportunity

We currently have a position available for a Press/Die Cutting/Rewinder Operator to join our team. We are searching for an ‘All Rounder’ capable of operating basic printing, die cutting, sheeting and rewinding machines. Flexibility is required to handle a myriad of equipment including various print and full, semi-rotary and flatbed die cutting machines.

The role involves:

Daily operation of finishing equipment including laminating and die cutting

Daily cleaning and maintenance

Quality checking of finished product

The job is full time day shift, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm with a 10.30am late start one day a week and with little need for weekend work and overtime.

What we’re looking for

You have a ‘no such thing as a mistake, only lessons’ attitude and focus on creating solutions

You aren’t just good with attention to detail, you LOVE IT!

You have excellent mechanical aptitude and (ideally) have experience operating label and tag converting equipment or have flexographic printing experience.

You enjoy being part of a team and take pride in a clean and organised working environment.

You can hit the ground running as you have previous experience in label printing (ideally)
