Operations Assistant

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of Just About Cleaning, a well-established and highly respected business that takes pride in delivering organised, client-focused cleaning services backed by strong systems and a high-performing team.

They are now seeking a reliable, proactive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day functions, working closely with the Directors, contractors, and support staff. This is a varied, site-based role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and brings a polished, professional approach to everything they do.

What you’ll be doing

· Supporting the daily coordination of team members and contractors

· Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships

· Conducting regular site inspections and identifying service improvements

· Managing scheduling, communications, and task follow-up

· Collaborating with Directors and the business support team

· Assisting with business development and operational planning

What we’re looking for

· Experience in operations, administration, or service coordination

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing tasks

· A practical, solutions-focused mindset

· A current driver’s licence — this is a mobile role

· Confidence working independently and as part of a close-knit team
