Victoria Aircon, a leading provider in the air conditioning sales and installation industry in great Melbourne area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Working in close collaboration with venue management and leadership, the Marketing Manager will play a hands-on role in developing and executing marketing and brand strategies aimed at expanding the market scale, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

At least three years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Strong creative, analytical and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Tasks & responsibilities

Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders and staff

Engage in weekly discussions with the sales team to evaluate what's working, identify areas for improvement, and ensure marketing strategies are effectively supporting sales goals.

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

Design and execute marketing plans that promote the company’s air conditioning installation and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers.

Enhance Brand Visibility

Strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness and differentiate from competitors.

Digital Marketing Management

Oversee digital channels including websites, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing to ensure consistent traffic and customer engagement.

Manage Marketing Budget & ROI Tracking

Allocate and monitor the marketing budget effectively, measuring ROI and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
