Why You’ll Love This Role:
You’ll oversee dynamic hotel operations (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping) as the right hand to the General Manager, with daily variety, challenge, and the scope to shape guest experiences and team successes in an environment that’s anything but normal.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire diverse operational teams with mentoring, coaching, and a commitment to collaboration and inclusivity
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding and surpassing our high standards of service and product quality
Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to optimise costs, quality, menus, marketing, safety, and profitability
Support the Front Office team in delivering seamless operations focusing on customer satisfaction, sales, room management, and reporting
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to maintain immaculate rooms, public areas, and linen services
Work closely with the General Manager to fuel hotel success and bring the hotel’s Vision and Values to life
Who You Are:
Hands-on and experienced in hospitality leadership, ideally in Food & Beverage or Rooms
Experienced in managing high-volume F&B operations and passionate about developing people and product.
Organised, proactive, solutions-focused, and results-oriented with a strong focus on team performance
Skilled in coaching management teams to success
An effective communicator, comfortable with reporting and cross-department collaboration
Passionate about exceeding guest expectations, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS is desirable
