The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and strategic Operations Manager to lead and support the daily performance and long-term growth of our restaurant portfolio. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for operational oversight, team leadership, financial performance, guest experience, and upholding brand standards across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurants and event venues

Support and develop venue managers and their teams to achieve excellence in service, efficiency, and team culture

Monitor and improve financial performance including revenue, cost control, and labour management

Maintain high standards of food safety, WHS, compliance, and brand presentation

Collaborate with the Head Office on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business development

Implement systems, training, and SOPs to improve consistency and performance

Foster a guest-first culture across all venues

About You:

Proven experience as a multi-site Operations Manager or Senior Venue Manager within a hospitality group

Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Sound understanding of hospitality financials including P&L, labour cost management, and budgeting

High attention to detail with a hands-on approach to operations

Ability to balance strategic planning with on-the-ground execution

Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence

Flexible and adaptable – willing to be onsite at various venues as required
