MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Sales play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional sales and customer service experiences. This role encompasses managing inquiries across various channels and facilitating seamless order processing from placement to dispatch.
· Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
· Coordinate customer orders, quotations, and maintain regular communication with customers.
· Execute sales office tasks including order entry, quotation generation, and invoicing.
· Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation of sales invoices/orders
· Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication channels.
· Provide administrative support to the sales department.
· Any other reasonable duties as requested and directed by Management.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
· Certificate IV Business Administration (Preferred) but not essential.
Experience:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales roles.
· Proficiency in using MYOB, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Skills:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
· Team player with the capacity to work autonomously when required.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:
· Achieve KPIs as set by direct management.
