We’re on the lookout for an Internal Sales Representative to become a key part of our in-office team in Botany. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and thrive on delivering excellent customer service, this is a chance to join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling incoming phone, email, and web enquiries

Quoting and processing orders for new and existing customers

Assisting clients with product selection and technical questions

Coordinating and supporting product demonstrations

Working closely with our sales and technical team to ensure a smooth sales process

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner

A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn on the job

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries

Basic technical aptitude or interest in lighting systems (full training provided)

Experience in internal sales, customer service, or admin (ideal but not essential)
