The Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Internal Sales professional to join our busy Sydney sales counter team. In this vital role, you will be the face of SCHNAP, serving our core trade customers and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be instrumental in helping licensed electricians find the right products for their residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve electricians and contractors at the sales counter with exceptional and efficient service.

Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately.

Provide advice and technical assistance on our product range, including LED lighting, switchgear, circuit protection, CCTV, and smart home automation.

Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to become their trusted supplier.

Assist with inventory management and maintain a well-presented trade area.

Proactively resolve customer issues and manage returns.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar internal sales, counter sales, or customer service role.

A background in the electrical wholesale industry is highly desirable.

A passion for providing outstanding customer service to a trade clientele.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
