My client is seeking a confident and experienced Internal sales professional and lead generation specialist to help fuel our continued growth. This is not your average desk job, it's a crucial, front-line role driving new business opportunities within a fast-paced, high-performing team.

About the Role

This is a proactive role focused on identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities within the commercial and residential facade space. You'll be working alongside estimators, project managers, and sales leaders, leveraging your industry expertise and interpersonal skills to open doors and create meaningful conversations with decision-makers across builders, architects, and façade contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls, digital research, and CRM tools.

Proactively reach out to potential clients, specifiers, and contractors to introduce the company’s façade systems and project capabilities.

Engage in meaningful conversations that lead to appointments, tender opportunities, or RFQs.

Work closely with sales and estimating teams to pass on qualified leads for further development.

Track lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics using CRM systems.

Stay updated on market trends, key projects, and competitor activities.

Salary and Benefits

Base $70k-$80k + 12% Super
