About the role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative with previous experience preferred (we will consider training the right candidate). We're committed to finding the right person, we would welcome applications for candidates seeking a career change and those with transferrable skills obtained across their career. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be customer oriented and ready to succeed in a collaborative environment, where your role will include:

Cold calling various target markets

Appointment setting and engagement with our sales team

Maintaining our CRM system and database (Salesforce)

Creating quotes and assisting customers with design

Grow new and existing business through lead generation

Provide sales administration support

Liaising with clients over phone, via MS Teams and email

Qualifications & experience

A background or interest in agriculture/livestock

Sales experience would be highly regarded

Solid customer service experience (verbal and written)

Tasks & responsibilities

We're looking to hire a motivated person who wants to develop and grow their sales career

You will be responsible to grow sales in a territory with the support of a territory manager

Respond quickly and effectively to sales enquires

About your experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Livestock industry

Strong PC and computer literacy skills (Microsoft Suite preferred)

Sound understanding of sales processes and KPIs within this role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great time management skills with an ability to work under pressure

A high level of attention to detail
