Your Role Will Involve:

• Nurturing strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring clear, consistent communication and premium service delivery.
• Managing repairs, maintenance, and compliance matters efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Handling lease renewals, rental arrears and routine inspections with precision and professionalism.
• Conducting final inspections and representing landlords at NCAT when required.
• Reporting directly to an experienced Department Head who provides strategic guidance and support.
• Enjoying a well-supported portfolio with no trust accounting or invoicing duties.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management—experience in premium markets highly regarded.
• A reliable car and valid driver’s licence.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with discerning clientele.
• Strong time management and attention to detail, with a solutions-focused mindset.
• A client-first approach with a desire to build lasting relationships.
• A collaborative and motivated team spirit with a genuine passion for property.
