This is a stand-out opportunity for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or current Property Manager ready to take the next step—or for a seasoned Senior Property Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a company that values balance, autonomy, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with a focus on quality, communication, and efficiency.
• Manage rental arrears professionally and proactively.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations.
• Prepare bond claims and represent the agency at NCAT hearings when required.
• Work within a highly systemised environment supported by experienced Property Managers and a hands-on Department Head.
• Enjoy a focused, well-supported role without the burden of trust accounting or invoicing.

About You:

• Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a residential property portfolio or supporting a PM team.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presentation.
• Are organised, detail-driven, and confident managing competing priorities.
• Have a proven ability to nurture strong, lasting client relationships.
• Enjoy being part of a team and are motivated to grow into (or continue in) a Senior Property Manager role.
