Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this opportunity comes with the key responsibility of achieving our ambitious vision for business growth.

Inspection Express (iPropertyExpress) is an Australian-based software company focused on creating innovative solutions for clients in the real estate industry. Following recent rapid growth across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Manager to contribute in growing our company. You will be responsible for upgrading current clients over the phone and via online meetings, maintaining good customer relationships and assisting Sales Director when required as well as helping with marketing campaigns and growth strategies
What we hope you have to offer:
Experience in a Proptech or property management focused business;
Property Management experience
Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
Efficient in pipeline management and maintaining CRM
Self-motivated, confident, reliable and customer focused
Ability to contact existing customers to inform and provide online demo of our suite of products
Responsibilities
Contact existing customers to inform them about our product suite
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct new business leads to the field sales team
Enter and update customer information in the database
Manage Software transitions
Take and process sign up information in an accurate manner
Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Report to Sales Director
