What you’ll do
Drive sales across NT/SA by identifying and onboarding new retail stockists.
Grow existing accounts through strong relationships, regular visits, and thoughtful stock and campaign management.
Plan and manage travel routes efficiently to maximise coverage of your territory.
Merchandise in-store displays, monitor competitor activity, and keep your finger on the pulse of local retail trends.
Resolve customer queries and deliver professional, timely support.
Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, visits, and notes.
Share insights and updates via weekly activity reports and participate in remote or in-person team meetings.
Who we’re looking for
We’re after someone who can balance independence with connection. Someone who knows how to manage their time, communicate clearly, and make a strong impression.
Must-haves:
Proven experience in field sales (ideally within retail, souvenirs, branded merch, or giftware).
Comfortable working autonomously across a large territory.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips.
Strong planning, organisation, and relationship management skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools – you're confident navigating email, mobile apps, cloud-based platforms, and CRM systems to stay organised and connected on the go.
Nice-to-haves:
Understanding of the tourism and retail market in NT/SA.
An interest in Australian culture, history, and storytelling.
Experience in visual merchandising and point-of-sale execution.
